The house was cozy and warm, with quick hot water and heating. There was a good selection of DVDs and the kitchen was nice. The bedrooms were presented well and had a lovely smell. The location of the house was great, with easy access to shopping villages and activities. We also enjoyed the quiet and family-friendly area.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The TV in the front bedroom didn't work and we couldn't get a response from the owners when we messaged them.

The location of Lions Den - Zoo Accommodation was perfect for our family vacation. We were able to easily explore Chester uptown, visit supermarkets, and enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants. The community was peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere for our stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a great feature, allowing us to prepare meals for the whole family. We also appreciated the selection of DVD movies and the smart TV, which kept everyone entertained. The free car park and stair safety for toddlers were additional bonuses. Lastly, the private yard was a lovely space to relax and unwind.

The bin system at the accommodation is not fit for purpose, with general waste almost on the floor and no bin liners provided. .

The location was perfect for families, in a lovely and quiet area, and close to shopping villages with plenty of shops, activities, and places to eat. The house was kid-friendly, with smart TVs and board games for entertainment. I had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend Lions Den for future stays. Thank you!
